This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the GRATEIC platform and all associated services operated by 2274638 Ontario Inc. ("Company"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
⚠️ Important: Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund, and may result in legal action.
1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Illegal Activities
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of Company or third parties
- Transmitting or storing content that is illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
1.2 Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
- Circumventing or disabling security measures, access controls, or authentication systems
- Scanning, probing, or testing the Service for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization
- Interfering with or disrupting service operation, servers, or infrastructure
- Introducing viruses, malware, ransomware, Trojans, or any malicious code
- Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
1.3 Misuse of Service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code
- Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other tools to access or extract content
- Reselling, sublicensing, time-sharing, or otherwise providing access to the Service to unauthorized third parties
- Using the Service to build competing products, services, or platforms
- Excessive resource consumption that materially degrades performance for other users
- Benchmarking the Service for public disclosure without prior written consent
1.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing framework methodologies, process libraries, or implementation guides
- Disclosing proprietary consulting methodologies or task structures to third parties or competitors
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Using Company trademarks or brand elements without prior written authorization
1.5 Content Violations
- Uploading, transmitting, or storing illegal, harmful, obscene, or offensive content
- Sending spam, phishing messages, chain letters, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Impersonating any person, organization, or entity
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Company personnel
1.6 Data Protection Violations
- Accessing, viewing, or copying data belonging to other users or tenants
- Disclosing confidential business information obtained through the Service
- Violating data protection obligations under GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, or other applicable laws
- Exfiltrating or mass-downloading substantial amounts of platform content or data
2. Enforcement
Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action including:
- Issuing a warning and requesting corrective action
- Temporary suspension of access pending investigation
- Permanent termination of account without refund
- Removal or disabling of offending content
- Civil or criminal legal action for serious violations
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Company may update this AUP at any time by posting the revised policy on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
