- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Circumventing security measures or access controls
- Scanning, testing, or probing for vulnerabilities
- Interfering with service operation or infrastructure
- Introducing viruses, malware, or malicious code
3. Misuse of Service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling software
- Using automated tools to access or scrape content
- Reselling, sublicensing, or time-sharing the Service
- Using Service to build competing products
- Excessive resource consumption impacting other users
4. Content Violations
- Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Transmitting spam, chain letters, or unsolicited messages
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
5. Data Protection Violations
- Accessing data without authorization
- Disclosing proprietary methodologies to third parties
- Violating confidentiality obligations
- Exfiltrating substantial amounts of data
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action including:
- Warning and requesting corrective action
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of account
- Legal action for serious violations
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities
